Terms & Conditions

1) Items will remain the property of the company until the balance is paid in full.

2.) Canceled orders may forfeit the deposit.

3.) Payment should be made within two months of completion or the deposit may also be forfeit.

4.) Payment can be accepted in cash, cheque, postal order, or most leading credit/ debit cards. Items will be delivered within 28 days of receipt of final payment (If you require an item by a specific date, arrangement may be made by contacting Adventurer's Mart, by e-mailing us, All of our items are sent via Royal mail first class recorded standard parcel delivery, unless otherwise indicated, and will take two to five working days to arrive, If a package goes astray, we will do our best to chase it up, but we cannot guarantee to replace it.

5.) The use to which any item or product supplied is put, is entirely up to the purchaser. Adventurer's Mart, Its employees, agents or associates, cannot accept any liability for injury or damage, howsoever caused by the goods supplied.

6.) We reserve the right to change price at any time, without prior notice being given, excepting given quotes which will stay fixed for six months, and then be removed from the system, and customer will on request be issued another quote.

8.) Your personal details are secured and will not be passed to third parties without your permission.

Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

1.) Items if returned within 28 days and in the condition they arrive with the customer will be accepted, and either replaced or refunded.

2.) Items If faulty will be replaced or refunded upon our receipt of the returned item, this is so we can make sure that we improve our service by correcting any faults with future items.

3.) Exchanges if returned within 28 days and in the condition they arrived with the customer will be accepted, and exchanged.

4.) Any refunds will be credited back to the customer utilizing the payment method used to pay for the original order plus any postage the customer may have paid in order to return the item (Please include evidence of price of postage).

 

Delivery Policy

1.) Each order using the shopping cart on this website has it's postage calculated Individually, depending on the total cost of your order.

2.) Orders not placed through the website have a flat postage fee of £7.00 for large parcels, £5.00 for medium parcels, and £2.00 for small parcels.

3.) All orders will be dispatched via Royal mail first-class recorded delivery, however it is possible to contact us or put a note on your order that you would like the delivery to be different (if the difference in postage is significant we will have to ask for the difference to be paid).

  • Royal Mail 24 Hour Special Delivery
  • Parcelforce 48 Hour Delivery
  • Over Seas Air Mail 10-12 working days

5.) Orders over £200.00 are free of postage.

7.) All Deliveries Must be signed for upon receipt, this is so orders can be accurately traced if they happen to go astray.

In order to make certain payments you must provide credit card, debit card or bank account information. This required information is necessary for us to contact you should the need arise in administering or paying for your order.
