Q&A
Q. Do you take
bulk orders from clubs, and if so do you give a discount?

only take bulk orders from clubs we are also happy to take
bulk orders from individuals and we offer a discount of 10%
to clubs for bulk orders if they can prove them self a valid
club, and a £10 discount to individuals who order totals

shopping basket system, anyone wishing to take advantage of
it will have to contact us and ask for a special Paypal invoice
or pay via telephone.
Q. What qualifies
as a bulk order?
A. An order qualifies
as bulk if their is more than 10 items if a club order , and
over £250 if an individual.
Q. Do you offer
any other discounts?
A. As of October
2004 we are pleased to also offer students a £5 discount
on all orders over £50, and a £10 discount to
all orders over £100 if they can prove them self a student.
We also offer at 5% courtesy discount to clubs who's website
supports a link to this website. As these offers are not integrated
with our shopping basket system, anyone wishing to take advantage
of it will have to contact us and ask for a special Paypal
invoice or pay via telephone.
Q. Why When I place
an order often I find I have to wait a short period why can
I not have it sent out immediately?
A. Because at Adventurer's
Mart very little we sell is imported most of the items are
made to measure and hand made in this country and as we have
so many options on our website it would take an enormous warehouse
if we were to keep a stock of each item at all times. so most
of the time we will have an item in stock but some times we
have to have it sent direct from the warehouses, and occasional
we have to make the item especially for you, but to offer
you the best possible service we will always answer any questions
you have about your order clearly and quickly, try to keep
to our promise that no order will ever take longer that 28
days to be dispatched.
Q. What then is
the difference between the Tailor section of this website
and the Storehouse section?
A. The difference
between the two sections is this, in the tailor gallery you
will see pictures of some of the creation we have made in
the past to help spark people imaginations but in this section
all the orders discussed would require a full set of body
measurement's just so we can get the item to fit just right,
but in the storehouse section we offer a range of costume
that would only require the basic amount of body measurement's
and can also just as easily be put together to form a very
good costume, there by cutting out the need for a full set
of body measurement's for every order.
Q. Why In the storehouse
section of your website is there not an option to give measurements,
e.g. - trousers do not require waist measurements?
A. We try to make
sure that all the items in the storehouse section of the website
require the least amount of information to make as possible
so in the case of the trousers they are all drawstring or
similar fastening making them a universal fit, however if
you are afraid that they still wont fit simply measure your
waist and enter the information in the extra info box on the
checkout of email it to us separately and we will make sure
they will fit you.

Q. What is GRP?
(for reference this is an abbreviation given in blacksmith
section)
A. Glass Reinforced
Plastic - recently this substance has been found to be an
ideal core for weapons, it is more durable than carbon fiber
rods and less prone to breakage and shattering, but is slightly
more heavy, still many people still prefer the original carbon
fiber cores due to them being lighter and more easy to weild
so we supply both but mark all weapons with what there core
they contain.
